Using this Electronic Version of the Children's "Prove It" Catechism.

Using this electronic version of the Children's "Prove It" Catechism is straight forward. Any text which is green, when the mouse cursor is placed over it will cause the pointer to change to a hand. When the mouse pointer is in this hand configuration and the left mouse button is clicked on the next page is displayed.

Every Catechism question is arranged into three pages, the question, answer and Scripture text pages. Firstly, the question page which has the question displayed in black and underneath the word Answer in green. When the word Answer is clicked on with the mouse the second, or answer page is displayed. In the answer page the question is now displayed in blue and the answer in black with the words Prove It! below in green. When the Words Prove It! are clicked on with the mouse the third, or Scripture text page is displayed. In the Scripture text page the question is again displayed in blue, but now the answer is displayed in red and the Scripture text(s) are displayed in black. At the bottom of the Scripture text page a small graphic like this
HOMENEXT is displayed. The small house graphic on the left when clicked on with the mouse will return to the Contents page. The small double arrow graphic on the right when clicked on with the mouse will proceed to the next question.

The Catechism is divided up into section for convenience, however, it can be gone through from beginning to end by entering the first question and then continuing to click on the small double arrow graphic at the bottom of each of the Scripture text pages until the last page, where only the small house graphic like the one below is displayed, which when clicked on with the mouse will return to the Contents page.

It is hoped that even small children will be able to drill themselves in the Catechism using this electronic version of the Catechism. However, this electronic version of the Children's "Prove It" Catechism was never intended to be a replacement the normal catechising of the children by parents. It is only ever a supplement to the sometimes hard yet rewarding task of personally catechising your children in the basic truths of the Holy Scripture. Only YOU, the parent, can answer the questions that their young minds will be stimulated to ask. Only YOU, the parent, are responsible before God for the spiritual training of children He has given YOU. May our gracious God and Saviour bless all your efforts to train up your children in His ways.
